These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text messages sent by CLE Garage Doors LLC (“CLE Garage Doors,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive SMS messages from CLE Garage Doors, you agree to these terms.

CLE Garage Doors SMS Program

Brand: CLE Garage Doors

Service-message program: We send transactional and informational SMS messages about garage door service requests, responses to customer inquiries, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, service-status updates, customer support, and post-service review requests.

Marketing-message program: If you separately opt in to marketing texts, we may send promotional SMS messages about garage door offers, discounts, and occasional promotions. Agreeing to service texts does not enroll you in marketing texts.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service request, appointment, and conversation with CLE Garage Doors.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

How You Opt In

You may opt in by checking one or both optional, unchecked SMS consent boxes on a CLE Garage Doors service-request form and submitting the form. Service-text consent and marketing-text consent are collected separately. You may submit a service request without selecting either box. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Messages may include:

Responses to questions about a garage door problem or requested service.
Scheduling messages, appointment confirmations, and appointment reminders.
Updates about service arrival, availability, or the status of a service request.

Message Frequency and Carrier Charges

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your service request, scheduling needs, and customer-support conversation. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. CLE Garage Doors does not charge a separate fee for SMS messages.

Opting Out and Getting Help

Reply STOP to any CLE Garage Doors SMS message to opt out at any time. After you reply STOP, you may receive one confirmation message and then no further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

Privacy
