What does $799 include?
A new Chamberlain RJO101 wall-mount opener, standard installation on one compatible residential sectional garage door, the included battery backup, automatic door lock and LED light, a surge protector installed by CLE, programming the supplied controls, final operation and safety testing, and tax. Normally $999; your $200 October saving brings it to $799. Casey confirms the written scope and total before you approve installation.
Will it work with my garage door?
The RJO101 needs a compatible sectional door with a torsion spring system, suitable shaft and drums, enough clearance beside the door, and an accessible power outlet. Doors with extension springs are not compatible as-is. Send us photos of the inside of the door and the area above and beside it. We check the setup before confirming installation. Any required changes receive a separate quote.
Does an 8-ft door need the $75 extension kit?
No belt-drive rail extension kit is used with this wall-mount opener. We still confirm the door’s size, balance, shaft, drums and clearances. Repairs or changes needed to make the setup suitable are quoted separately.

Will it make the entire door silent?
The wall-mount design reduces opener noise and vibration near living spaces. Rollers, hinges, tracks and the door itself can still make noise. We check door movement and balance; a new opener does not repair a broken spring or damaged door.
Are there extra costs?
The $799 price covers the standard package on a compatible door, including tax. Door repairs, electrical work, torsion-system changes and special-fit parts are quoted separately before approval. Add a compatible wireless keypad for $75 installed. Existing remotes, keypads and vehicle controls may need compatibility checks. Optional myQ connected services can carry separate fees.
What warranty comes with it?
CLE provides a one-year installation workmanship warranty. Chamberlain’s RJO101 manufacturer coverage includes lifetime motor and drive coverage, five years on parts, and one year on accessories and the backup battery. Manufacturer terms apply.
