Compare insulated construction first.
Insulation is worth discussing when the garage shares a wall or ceiling with living space. Ask about the exact model, insulation type, seals and construction. A door alone does not make an unheated garage a conditioned room.

Standard package openings are 8 × 7 or 9 × 7 ft single doors and 16 × 7 ft double doors. Other sizes and special work receive a separate quote. A new opener is an additional purchase.
YOUR EXISTING OPENER
A new door does not automatically need a new motor.
We check whether the existing opener can work with the selected door, its condition and the installation fit. Reconnecting a compatible opener is included in our standard installed packages.
If it needs replacing, compare that separate cost and scope before approving the job. A new door’s springs must be matched and the door balanced; more opener power is not a substitute.

How much does a new garage door cost installed?+
The complete price depends on the door’s size, model, insulation, finish, windows and installation conditions. Ask for a written scope that includes labor, removal, hardware and tax. See what our standard installed packages cover, or request an estimate for your opening.
Can you replace just one garage door panel?+
Sometimes. We check whether the correct section is available, whether it fits the existing system and whether the rest of the door is worth keeping. Age and weathering can make an exact color match difficult.
What if my door is taller or wider than the standard sizes?+
Eight-foot heights, 18-foot widths, low headroom and other unusual setups need a separate fit review and quote. You do not need to identify the track system or measure anything before contacting us.
Is an insulated garage door worth it in Cleveland?+

CLE provides a separate one-year installation workmanship warranty. C.H.I.’s manufacturer coverage depends on the door and components selected, with written conditions and exclusions. Read the C.H.I. one-sided steel door warranty; other models may have different terms.
