Your Chamberlain opener, standard installation, programming the supplied controls, final operation and safety testing, and tax. Add a compatible wireless keypad for $75 installed. Any necessary door repairs, electrical work, or special-fit parts are quoted before work begins.
What does the warranty cover?+
Chamberlain B3000: 5 years on the motor and belt; 1 year on parts and accessories.
Chamberlain B6630: 10 years on the motor and belt; 5 years on parts; 1 year on accessories.
Manufacturer terms apply. CLE Garage Doors also provides a separate 1-year installation workmanship warranty covering our installation work.
Can you install another brand or type of motor?+
Yes. We can install any brand or type of garage door motor on request, including a motor you already own. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll confirm the fit and quote the installation.
Do the app and camera need Wi-Fi or a subscription?+
Connected features need a Wi-Fi connection in your garage and a myQ account. Both openers offer phone control, and the B6630 adds live camera viewing. Video recording and premium camera features may require a separate myQ subscription. Older remotes and keypads may need replacement; we’ll check compatibility.
